wanted to know if anyone have a website or ideas to making a good gamiing comp but, i'm low on budget can does anyone know where i can get a cheap computer but very good in power?

Here are the things you need to know;

How much do you want to spend?

Do you want a computer that will be good for another 2 years?

Want to play ANY DirectX 9 games?

AMD or Intel?

I will help you... there's a few people here that are building PCs on a budget - Murt, myself and a few others. . .  I know that www.newegg.com and www.pricewatch.com are some good places to get cheap prices.

newegg.com, not sure of some1 else said that allrdy. im puttin together a pc on there with geforce mx 440 graphics and amd 2500 processor for under 700. includes monitor and operating system.

I bought it for $80,  and it's only 64megs and a PCI version.  The default speed is;

250MHz(core) / 166MHz(memory) [333MHz DDR)

I've overclocked it to 310MHz/210MHz(420MHz DDR)

I'm about to get myself the system I've always wanted. . .  so with that comes a new videocard...  If you're serious,  let me know.  I'm think around $40,  since that's all it's about worth right now... On www.newegg.com it's going for $68 new.

ooh big words... i like big words... i probably need to get a new computer but i will probably build it myself and just but the parts from computer shows and borrow some from my church. ( I built a bunch of computers for them for free but they dont use most of them so from time to time i "borrow parts") By the way i think this is my 100th post. Its just like my birthday wow.

ive had this kool idea for a while, after i build my own pc and find out if im good at it ill build custom pcs for other ppl and make money off it. but i would like to start doin that right now... to make money to get my new pc... and vid cards can go in pci slots now? kool, but i can get a 128 mb version for 18 bucks more, thx anyway though.
