Although I generally hate these guys and spend a lot of my days fighting them, this is just too good not to share.

    Well thanks for sharing both your expectation and your assumptions with us....I guess.  I just thought it was a pretty well made player video featuring some fairly organized footage.  Shoot, it's not easy getting a lot of people to do ANYTHING in unison in these games much anymore these days so the tank scene alone was worth the mention.

    Could you image how good this game would be if they put effort into making it even better than making money ?

    What's Ironic is if they concentrated on a better game the money would naturally flow !!

    Actually your response is a better example of world greed than this game is because simply, and honestly, you do not need to spend a lot of money in order to enjoy this game.

    You DO have to spend a lot of money if you want to keep up with those players who spend a lot of money, but the only reason that you might even want to do such a thing is.......you guessed it, because of greed and jealousy.  Your own!

    Sure, I admit openly and freely that Archeage is set up to pull as much money out of the pockets of greedy little devils like you as it possibly can. 

    BUT....

    That's no different than life, and what this game gives you is the closest example to an MMORPG life that I have seen to date.

    It's funny though, while I manage to enjoy it on $20 a month I find that so many others feel the need to spend more and others still can't even spend enough in order to be happy.

    What is that if not your own personal greed?  Peer pressure?

    Haha yeah.  Sorry for the curtness but I've grown weary of having to listen to the snarky comments and hyperbole filled descriptions of every Tom, Dick and Harry that either A. Wants to inspire more sensational conversation on these forums, or B. Wants to keep those five stars buried in the light.

    Well fact is it was Trion who offered 150$ packages before release. 

    You can argue if that was the first sign that they tried a quick cash grab or not but in my case - it triggered my spider-senses.

    Fact is Trion is getting the money from the cash shop.

     

    So if Trion is getting the money why shouldn't they get the blame?
