I'm excited because the game is beautiful and the whole premise of the game sounds interesting. So many games have been a disappointment recently, but this game seems to have a real chance to be great.
I'm really excited to try out Skyforge because of the combat system mainly, but I also like how easy it will be to team up with my friends and switch classes depending on what is needed at the time.
I also really enjoy how it's a mix of a sci-fi and fantasy setting which opens up a ton of possibilities for content, classes, aesthetics, etc.
The ascension atlas is also an amazing idea and I love how you'll be able to tailor it around your specific play style. It's also great how it will benefit you no matter what class you play so you don't feel like you have to start from scratch whenever you switch classes.
I'm just excited overall for Skyforge and can't wait to play it! The main class I'm looking forward to currently is the Gunner.
It's something of an ideal for me. I've loved action combat, but never quite liked the worlds or content they were placed in, such as a lot of the questing in TERA, or how the finer details of what that meant played out, such as Neverwinter's post-beta 'building' or Guild Wars 2's stack-to-win results. The world, content, and gameplay I've seen already have me very intrigued.
The classes are also already looking spectacular, to the point where I may start off as a healer for the first time in years, because it's been that long since I've seen one that seems exciting. Progression in general seems to be handled in an interesting, flavourful way, and as a frequent roleplayer, 'flavour' is a huge point. Seeing a whole religion shape up around my character's going to be a good source of satisfaction.
It's also taking my favourite route in itemization with leaving skins as cosmetics and stats in their own, manageable group of items. Having to farm resources to look the way you want to is just busywork, and seeing how big of a prize a new look can be, keeping stat changes behind a cash shop only purchase can be pretty painful.
Finally, I really just love the setting. Blends of eras just scream good time to me, and the world of an rpg, MMO or no, should feel thrilling to be. That's part of what the 'RP' is there for, right?
Trying again today because on the last giveaway i think i was not lucky. Here is again my submission :
The Class System (Can Switch Class at any time)
The Character System - it's very open compared to other mmo's
The Multilateral Progression - we don't see that every day and will help enjoy the game more.
Player Activities and their rich Diversity
Lore and Storyline
The Unique Stat System - This is something new plus on 1 megaserver, so no need to transfer to another one to play with friends.
Call your friend Deity for help = very good feature here.
The Amazing Graphics Design!!!!!!
Classes - they are fresh, but they are also different in this game
All those features makes me want to try it out, it could be my next long term mmo and with the opportunity given by mmorpg.com to try it out i can't pass by this.
P.S. : Even if i am not selected, thank you very much mmorpg.com staff for given us the opportunity at a chance to win 1 of those founders packs.
As i said in last giveaways... i d love to get into the game because i m really hyped about playing in this universe, i love the classes, i love how they combine sci-fi with fantasy , the God system is something new plus the action packed combat.
Thx for the Giveaways and can`t wait to get into this game.Waiting is killing me...
I'm super excited about Skyforge! The amount of innovation is staggering. Pantheons being so much more than typical guilds, fluid action combat that doesn't put off tab-target MMO players, the sci-fi/fantasy hybrid setting, the ability to be an Immortal and eventually a God with followers, the customization via the Ascension Atlas, doing away with levels entirely, all-classes access via a single character - simply amazing!
And as if that weren't enough, this game is GORGEOUS!
All right, one last chance for me at this giveaway. Why do I keep trying? I think it's damn worth it!
I am excited to see a new MMO in an interesting sci-fi/steam punk/fantasy mixed setting; they are few and far between compared to their fantasy counterparts.
I like the idea of investing my effort into a single character but thanks to the unique class system still being able to try out all of the different playstyle options. I hope that this is a way where the community can begin to recognise people as individuals living in Aelion. I think it will bring a lot of player investment into their avatars. This is a step up from what I have experienced in Path of Exile, and I didn't think there could be something better.
The atlas looks quite interesting and as you play you build up your character. I played FFXIV and this game is quite like that with respect of one character and the ability to be all in one. This is a step up from what I have experienced in Path of Exile, and I didn't think there could be something better.
There seems to be some interesting PvP but one that requires grouping and working together as opposed to a zerg-fest.
I am excited to play and the game seems quite unique. Even if I don't get in now, I am really excited about this and cannot wait for the launch.. and I'm not easily hyped these days.
Last try! This game has got my toots tingling more than the discovery of a new colonisable planet in our galaxy that subsequently leads through a wormhole to an entirely new galaxy where animals live like humans and humans live like animals. Utterly surreal.
Oh man where do I even start...? I only recently heard about the game like a month ago and have since then been checking up on the site daily. I've always had an interest in mythology and games with a lot of lore and content to explore with your friends or just by yourself. There's both instanced play and areas with an open-world feel that just makes the game that much more unique than other mmos I've played before. I can't remember the last time an mmo had me genuinely excited for its release to the point where now I'm counting down the days til launch. And the fun doesn't just stop when I log off the game either since I'll be able to get in contact with my friends and manage in-game functions from my tablet or mobile device. They've also done away with hotbar combat (Thank god!) and made the game feel more actiony as you take on hordes of creatures that wish to see harm fall upon Aelion. I'm a sucker for a good story and Skyforge looks really promising in that particular area so far. The classes put a new spin on ones you've heard of before and the overall feel seems to be breaking the seams of what an mmorpg should be. And you don't even have to just settle with one class because they provide with many to freely choose from as you adventure along either solo or with your friends. I could go on for a while, but I'm not gonna make anyone read a wall of text, haha. Anyway that's just a few of the things I'm excited for about this game and hope you throw a founders pack my way!
-Yours Truly,
Nexuschill
P.S. ( Did I mention you can become a GOD?! Seems important haha)
Sci-fi'ish MMORPG that looks interesting? What else needs to be said? This is one that flew under my radar for the most part, but looks like it might be something I'm looking for.
Skyforge has action combat, lore that is actually engaging I am an immortal and can gain followers! Character customization that has many options to build a unique Hero. I get to try multiple classes with the same character which means no re-rolling and playing through content I have already done. The game looks awesome SciFi and Fantasy blended together. These are just a few reasons why I hope to win a pack giveaway. Thank you!

Excited as always, its nice to see developers try to come up with so many new mmo's
Skyforge has done an outstanding work of this game so far and i cant wait to try it out, im a big sci fi fan.
The game mechanics are top notch, the fact u can make one character with multiple classes makes it easy to focus on just one character.
The more exciting thing is that this does not have healers so ur forced to survive by ur self.
It has a little of everything and u never seem to be bored with it, everybody wants to be a god, now u can
The graphics are mind blowing nothing greater than the feeling like ur there.

Graphic and the combat system is cool
Also make us notice the "immortal" part that we have taken for granted at many games
Super exited to play something different that we currently have , experience some unique class other game havent offer
and the combat mechanic out of the ordinary and refreshing for experience and newcomers to an mmo.
