Heavensward Expansion Release Date

in Final Fantasy XIV
It is releasing on 23rd of June!!!!!!!!!! With early access starting on the 19th of June! I cannot wait. Three versions available: standard, collector's, and combined. The combined edition will have ARR and the expansion. It is also releasing on Mac on the same date.

    what's the details of the expansion? New jobs? new race? low lvl content? Just high lvl content? Can't find this info. Thanks.

    Well I found out for myself... port is being done by Transgaming so it's not a native client but a wrapper-based port.  Might run like crap.

    Anyone know how it'll work if you play on both ps4 and pc? Like will you be required to buy expansion for both or is it just on the account

    It's all one account but I believe you have tto buy them seperate. I started on PS3 and now I have been on PC for a year. You have to buy seperate copies but it's all the same account.

    3 new jobs (1 each tank, dps, healer), 1 new race with male and female options, primarily high level content.  You'll have to primarily play through ARRs story to get caught up to the point to go to the new areas in Heavensward.

    They haven't specified yet, but if it's like FFXI once you buy one copy of the expansion you'll be able to access it across all platforms.
