Board of Directors? Your company is not even listed or a real company, it's all in your head and you even admit it a couple sentences later.
Did you not just say a couple of posts back that you are the only one developing and working on GM? According to that mail you have a Development Team and PR department.
First of all it's based on what I personally make... I can not make more then a certain amount of money per month before my Disability starts getting reduced... I haven't made money off of this on a monthly basis... 2nd of all my Disability prevents me from going out of the house and getting a Job out side... Crowds of people sends me into a panic attack because of my Depression... I am fine sitting down at my computer not being around people. And yes there are days that as a result of my Depression I feel like doing nothing more then just staying in bed all day. - I answered a Question I prob. shouldn't have... My Disability and what I do at home out side of GM is no one's business but my own however I have a policy of being open and up front with people which I should prob. be more careful of.
For people who don't deal with Depression on a Daily basis I'm sure it's too much to ask for them to understand but whatever it is the way that it is.

Depression and disability aside, I don't like to attack anyone personally like that. However, you did bring it upon yourself in divulging more personal information that probably necessary.
I'd still like to know more about the GM "team" and MMOInteractive, specifically, JamesP.
In this same thread, and others, you've reported that you have a team working for you, and that Appleton is still in the picture, providing funding from "outside, undisclosed sources". You then go on to say, in this thread, that there's no one besides you working and funding the game. You go from "we" and "team" to "Me, myself and I" within a few posts in most threads I've seen you post in.
There are a lot of things that just don't add up with Greed Monger, and at the crux of it all is still you, JamesP. Appleton hasn't been seen or heard from on even the official forums since recently after all the drama; All that's been around is you.
So, which is it? Is Appleton still pulling strings and providing funding, or is it just you?

You have been claiming to work full time as a lead dev and now we find out that we (the taxpayer) are paying for you because you are too disabled to work.
Honestly james, I am not going to turn you in or push the issue at all. I just find it ironic. And it pisses me off a bit that I have helped fund greed monger by helping to pay the lead devs salary. I also know this isnt exactly how it "works"but it sure is how it feels.
So the lead developer and only employee (that I am aware of) on the GM "team" that cost 6 figures- Is a disabled programmer who cannot work.

Although I am happy that it's clear for the public that they should inform themselves first before investing into this project (as you should with all kickstarter projects), the way it is happening is unacceptable as it's shifting towards personal attacks which not only reflects badly on this forum, it's just the wrong way to handle this.
I hope you can work it out JamesP, I never followed the game but it seems you have a long harsh road ahead of you if you really want to pursue this dream.
Edit: I agree that leaving this project and starting a new one by yourself seems a much better road to achieving your goal. I'm convinced that if you would show up with a working game in a few years, funding opportunities would follow.
this whole greed monger scenario just keeps going from bad to wrose, and when you think it has hit bottom, they go even lower...
dude - do you really not understand that it is an insult to all manner of disabled people to be on here saying that you are so disabled that you have to take other peoples money to pay your bills, but yet you are working MORE THAN full time hours on a project that absolutely qualifies as a job and in hopes of making an income from it.
dude you are WORKING. RIGHT NOW. and you should be looking for a paid position that you are qualified for (and can accomdate any limitations you have, work from home etc) instead of sitting home working on your projects while i and everyone else here pays for your rent and meals...

So you basically have taken over this project? I don't quite understand why but I am confused here as to why you decided to do it when it is no longer the original owner project. It kind of says that GM died and you're trying to revive it while someone else ran off with the cash.
GM never Died. I've always been working on GM since I joined. I wanted to get my Company started up and take over Development of GM... Take over the PR and everything to try and leave some of the Bad PR from our past in the past. I also wanted to have more control over the team. I wanted to be free to bring on new people and get things much more organized so we could move forward. But like I've said all of that fell through and I am still just trying to get GM launched on my own...
I must say though this new world I've just added is huge... And the terrain streaming is working great... Can't wait to get this release out this evening!
Well, Keep working at it I guess but in all honesty James you should have taken advice way back and bailed on it and started your own project rather than stay connected to this.

There are no personal attacks. I am asking facts. lead dev says he is too disabled to work (he gave this information on his own) yet claims to be slaving away working at game that is going nowhere after collecting $100K through what essentially was lies and manipulation.
Nobody is attacking him for being disabled. This is who jason Appleton made lead developer with backers money. Its all starting to make alot more sense now...
jason is smart. hes dishonest as all hell, shady as all hell- But very smart. He's positioned himself rather nicely here I would imagine...
Anyhow- there were no personally attacks- Just questions about how one can be a lead designer but disabled. I support social security and people really need it.people who cannot work.
