It shows what PvP games are really all about, and no, it's not about more realism and immersion. It's about cowards hiding behind a screen to they can bully other defenseless players without any risk of direct retaliation like there would be if they acted like asshats in "real life". -Jean-Luc_Picard

According to what Chris Roberts said over almost 90 episodes of 10ftC in many cases it is planned to be in the game at some point in the future, but not necessarily all of it at launch day.

This would be my short list of special activities interesting for me.
They tend to be very sensitive to any perceived attacks against the game.
Sensitive?
Attack?
I merely asked a question related to the list of features and why not wait till the game releases to pass judgment on their inclusion.
But seeing as the list was just a pointless list I guess I will have to wait till you use the list as a complaint against SC before I comment on the fact you used the list to complain about the promised features not currently in the game.

I thought this was the 10ftc thread? Wtf are you talking about?
Do you have trouble understanding english or something?

I like watching this kind of stuff, videos of games being made but i'll be honest Chris is incredibly boring. Even the interesting questions,Chris just answers them with, yes we gave it consideration or we are thinking about it or it is in a future pipeline.
Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.

I will ask again, was there a point to your list?
He posted everything that has been promised in the 10ftc videos. There was no complaint, there was no passing judgement (at least in the post with the list) so not sure why you are getting all worked up unless my point holds true about fans being overly sensitive to any perceived attack

You may want to read the short version of the transcripts on the INN website.
Keep in mind that after almost 90 episodes MANY MANY of the more basic questions have already been asked and CR is now answering more specific questions that may not be of interest to everyone.

Cool.
But again what was the point of posting the list?
No getting worked up here just trying to understand why he posted it.
There must be a reason to post it...or is that too much of an assumption to make when someone posts stuff...that they have a point for doing so?
I may have been wrong in assuming that the reason he posted a long list of promises was to try and follow up by pointing out how many of those promises were still unfulfilled. I may have jumped the gun by asking him to wait till the game was released before pointing out all the promises made that were not completed but if that was not the point of the long list.....what was the point.
It really is a simple question to answer, at least I think it is. So I may as well keep asking, what was the point of posting that long list because I am honestly lost for another reason. Please enlighten me.

Going to have to go with Brenics answer that maybe it was to show how much he keeps promising when he needs to finish the base game first. It's great to add features that you or the community is excited for but at some point CR needs to step back and understand if this is a need or a want? Need would be something that is integral to running either SQ42 or the PU, want is an added bonus.
From om what I personally have seen is that CR keeps adding wants to a game that will eventually buckle under the weight.

At least then the argument can be about if these items were promised for release or 'down the line'.
Which is exactly what you and others seem not to understand. There has to come a point where Roberts needs to stop with adding stuff and actually get into building the game. At some point he has to put the ships and sales on back burner and make the game. Like it has been stated from when he worked at origin to present that is his big problem, not understanding, comprehending you need to stop and say no more.

Sorry! My bad. Mass underling generalization.

Always funny to see when people describe others as something but they act completely the same. Projection of the own behavior on others... Or...
When you point a finger at someone, there are three more pointing back.
