character purged, GMs cannot help

LOL so recently i checked that my char stuff was purged with only less then a week notice even if they have lots of items on it. Only saw the info on the client login screen recently + I couldnt even level my alt chars due to questline getting bugged. I am a legit player who never botted in this game even once and spend a few thousand over the 1+ year and this is how they delete my items lmao. GL spending rl money in this game only to have people who like to delete your items whenever it pleases them.

 

Oh yea, i am sure this game is not going to close down  when they are purging chars even when they only have 2 servers LMAO.
