EQ for the Phone

Anyone know if this can be played on any other provider than Verizon? I have the Motorola T720 which can play it but I have it with Alltel, and by looking at Sony's site only Verizon seems to support it.

I have a cell phone but I really dont like it. First of all its a sprint so it doesnt get very good reception and they dont make any good phones, and I cant get any new rings for it so I am stuck with some classical ^&*% and some really horrible rings...
