Should I change servers? [EU]

in TERA

I already got a 60 on Zenobia and it feels empty , instances takes quite alot. 

Is it worth starting over on fraya or arcadia ? i dont mind starting over from level one but is it worth as i wont have any gold and stuff

    Try the steam/usa version, it's the one people are playing.

    i am very far from the Na servers my ping is just high over there. 

    so i just need to play in the eu server.

    I am from EU got 1.5 MB net and i play on USA server whit 160 ping, is still playabele, change to USA server, EU server sucks because gameforge sucks...

    i really know that eu server is empty but pvp is not as fun on NA with a higher ping
