Links to Game Sites in their own forums?

I have not been following closely many games in development.  A post caught my eye in the Pantheon area.  After reading through the thread, I wanted to go visit their site.  In order to do so, I would have to close out of the thread, head over to the games listing, and then scroll through the millions of games to Pantheon.  If there was a link to the game on the front page of the discussion about the game, you'd be helping with traffic.

Is this do-able?  Or am I making a mountain out of a molehill?
