It's only hard because everything, even trash, has way too much HP and the game has no healer or even dodging.
Nice self advertising though.
It does have a dash, which has pretty much the same effect that a dodge does. Truth be told, it has a healer as well which ironically enough is mob you're fighting. They spit out heals quite regularly.
Wrong. The dash simply lets you move out of targeted AoE easier and gives you a VERY slight shield for like 1 or 2 seconds. Everything else an enemy does is unavoidable, and in some enemies, impossible to predict because the enemy literally has no animation for the attack [those little cube enemies that appear for certain missions come to mind].
Those little balls can't be "healers" either. Imagine if Tera's Mystic could only heal with their motes and could only use them on a long CD.
It does. Actually it gets really hard later on. And the hardest content is not even here yet. Anything before about 10k is super easy as its technically tutorial. And it gets really hard after 36k. At 69k+ you get the ultra hard encounters Distortions that we dont have in EU version yet. They req use of god forms.
That's good to hear at least. Why they need to bore me to tears at the start is weird then though.
Feel free to use my referral link for SW:TOR if you want to test out the game. You'll get some special unlocks!

I know i had a discussion about that when game launched and we hit the first difficult part by getting instant killed in 1 shot all the time But you get used to it and dont get killed later on (most of the time).
And about that slide dont work as dodge. Thats incorrect.
There are 2 types of attacks. 1 are auto attacks/locked attacks. They have low dmg. They cant be avoided and are meant to be mitigated by Tank/Support/Orbs
And there are Heavy Attacks that can 1 shot or heavily dmg you. Those attacks are not locked, and are usualy on the ground or as a cone frontal attacks. Those needs to be avoided at all costs by dashing as you have very little time to avoid them.
Just because things are different than in other games, and you dont understand how it works dont make it a bad mechanic. Its actually quite fun by not having dedicated healers. That said you cant do 5 mans w/o good support either

That's correct. I was going to correct the poster but I decided against it because sometimes posters just respond for the heck of it. Even know they know better. That dash is no different than a dodge in that when you see an attack coming you simply dash to avoid it. Regarding the heal, how is anything that is not healing you frequently throughout an encounter not the equivalent of a healer. If anything, it's better than a healer because you don't have to depend on the healer to be competent and/or pay attention to receive a heal. It is up to you to anticipate and manage the frequently distributed heals to keep yourself alive. In addition, there is a self heal that you can use in times of emergency. That said, this is all dependent on a player's skill level. I think we can all agree that for some players, there is no heal or healer, good enough to keep them alive.

Wut? Yeah the damage is unavoidable, by the tank, but they have enough shields and buffs from themselves and supports it shouldn't be a problem, and if so, pick up an orb. If anyone else is getting hit and taking shit ton of dmg, they're doing something wrong.
Those cube basic attack are not avoidable, but the damage is minimal and it's AoE has a very obvious animation.
Also the healing orbs appear depending on how quickly your team take the bosses hp down, each bar gives a orb, if your tank is taking more damage than the orb can come out, he and probably the support are doing something wrong.
The way too much HP complaint i found only exists if you play solo and do a dungeon on impossible, when your grouped that x20 means nothing, other than when the next healing orb is coming out, tbh the time it takes to kill a boss is no different from other games.
