Devilian PvP?

I put a few hours into the Devilian beta test and it seemed okay. However, i'm really interested in the PvP. For people that have played for a while, how do you rate the PvP?

When can you start PvP'ing and it is a viable way of leveling? Are there benefits/rewards to doing it?
