Buy Premium Edition - worth it?

There is a steam sale where i can buy the premium edition for € 25. Is it worth it? I have done my trial period, but made some mistakes and don ´t mind starting all over again.

in addition to the 30 days game time you get with the core game, the premium edition gives you a plex for another 30 days, or you could trade it for up to 1.2 billion isk i guess.. it also gives you some battleship skins, and 750 aurum, given how much a plex costs it might be worth it, but i can't say i would recommend it except on that basis.
