Anyone know the title of this Xbox game?

Battle a huge monster in the middle of the map. Run around in a circle with terrain to hide under. Power-ups scattered around the map. I think there were gantry weapons to use too. Was probably around 8-10 years ago, so 2005-2007 release.
It's not Monster Hunter. Could never find the game again!
