- Player Customization & Style ( dislike asian/eastern anime styles )
- Crafting & Alchemy ( Skyrim )
- Discovering Artifacts ( Tomb Raider )
- Property, Farming & Resource Gathering ( ArcheAge )
- Exploration ( No Man's Sky )
- Lore, Story & Easter Eggs ( Skyrim )


Things I don't like...

- Kill 10 million of same creature ( Every F'ing MMO out there... )
- Extreme Pay to Win ( ArcheAge )
- Energy / Time Regen to do Action ( ArcheAge )
- Forced PVP ( sorry, no interest in pissing contests... )

You might look at Camelot Unchained.  It's heavy into RvR but you can be a dedicated crafter class and are not required to PvP.  Still in alpha but expect first round Beta to hit next month.

Star Citizen will have something called Overclocking, which isn't crafting but rather tweaking current modules for better performance.  It will also feature a full fledged exploration system to discover new ore fields, solar systems, derelicts, and jump points.  There is a very large spacecraft that will have farming.  Even if you don't own the ship, those that own large ships will be required to hire NPC crews or other players to do the jobs.  NPC characters shouldn't be as good as the players.  The game is still early alpha though but something to look/watch for.

Have you tried The Elder Scrolls Online and Guild Wars 2?
Elder Scrolls has good written, interesting quests, exploration, Player Customization and an interesting Craftingsystem...
Guild Wars 2 does much different than other mmos... For example, there are many endings depending on the decisions you make and it got a very good pvp system.. But the "stories" of the "quests" aren't very good....

I`m still waiting for a western frontier (Cowboys a la RedDeadRedemption) MMOrpg wouldn`t be great an open world PvP western MMOrpg combat involving a cover system (like TheDivision)
-Cattle ranches
-fur trading
-train robbing
-salon chilling and salon brawling
-Bank robbing
-Gold digging
-Open world gun fights
-Professions like (Undertaker , Snake oil salesman , Trapper /hunter , Gunsmith, Rancher , Farmer, Blacksmith, doctor, Postal(courier) Miner many more possibilities.
-No magic ,Buffs like accuracy and power things like that.

Yeah, if only War of Rights was expanded into a western MMORPG.
