Can you level up through Arena Pvp?

I usually hate the shallow questing in mmos... (i like it in solo rpg though).

If I play BnS it will be mainly as a 1v1 street fighter game.

Is it possible to play almost exclusively that side of the game?

    Gear and level doesn't matter in pvp it's normalized a lvl 1 will have the same stats as a lvl 45 what does matter is skill points and your build someone without at least lvl 35 for most classes will not have enough skill points to have a viable build so no i wouldn't recommend it you will loose... a lot...

    well, would he gain enough exp while losing to lvl up like every 3rd fight or whatnot?

    It's possible but pointles i don't see why anyone would even try it, loosing one game after another because i don't have a viable build doesn't exactly sound like fun to me.
