ive been searching for awhile but i cant find any hardcore 'fan' sites like ive seen w/other mmorpgs...im guessing then that there are no 'player guilds' to join or there would be guild pages? anyone know any Jap. fan pages for it, ive got a pretty decent translator thingy anyway plz post all good web pages you find that give info on FFXI i.e. newbie guides weapon stats, area maps...ect;)

http://www.ffxionline.com is pretty good. THey are down sometimes because of bandwidth issues, but other than that, they are decent.
Its never down because of bandwidth, its just slow because of how many users are on at a time.
http://www.shadow-dragons.com is a pretty good site too.
