Blizzards are "cool" in The Division especially in The Dark Zone (PvP)

One of the most immersive experiences in this game for me is the blizzards that happen occasionally.  I was carrying all blue items trying to get to the extraction point but that blizzard had me running into enemies from already being chased after enemies, I couldnt see anything.

Yeah, I really like this. In most games, weather (mostly rain) is just kinda there to vary the environment. In the Division it actual affects your battles.

Also, when you are in a building exiting to outside and the sun is in your face, you get a glare that works to your disadvantage.
