I was looking up some Horizons information on IGN when I stumbled on this news post. I could care less about the game but the post was pretty cute.
September 15, 2003 - Microsoft, Gearbox, and Bungie announced today that Halo for the PC has, yes, at last, at long, long last, gone gold. The Windows version of the redoubtable title will make its way to stores on September 30.
For players still unfamiliar with the gaming phenomenon that debuted on the Xbox system, Halo is a charming fantasy adventure about a young unicorn, Bubbles, looking for its adoptive parents, the Tittle Fairies. Help Bubbles find her way home through dew-specked fields, slightly scary forests, and through the dangerous terrain of the Not Nice Mountains. Come home, Bubbles!
Oh, just go preorder the game already.

My software never has bugs. It just develops random features.
Why doesn't DOS ever say "EXCELLENT command or filename!"
Customer: "How fast will my COM ports go?"
Tech Support: "How hard can you throw your computer?"
....i would not buy that
it probably is though

What you do today is important because you are exchanging a day of your life for it. When tomorrow comes, this day will be gone forever; in its place is something that you have left behind...let it be something good."
