you forgot to mention the horrible design around the most basic mmo-elements, putting trading and the AH behind a paywall (20$ to be able to trade 30 times/month and put max 3 auctions up at a time)
    There's also a slight P2W aspect in the token-system.

Apart from these 2, the game is wonderful though!

Back in beta, that system (as well as matchmaking) wasn't even operating properly. Looking forward to testing that, though I'm not particularly keen on paying to trade.

back in Beta the control scheme was terrible for KB/Mouse, it will be interesting if they fix this or basically its only playable with a controller like most of the newer games..

Surely things like trading would be unlimited with a subscription. Oh, let me guess, they don't offer that?

    also game became p2w

adding random enchants to costumes (each can have 3 random attributes like hp, crit , attack etc)
and many other things hidden behind paywall

At least they have trading among paid customer, unlike certain game that says they have no proper trading among players to stop gold trading.

After being sold to "RO" spiritual successor, I tried for beta. Did not like what I saw. I guess having that RO tag is such a huge burden.

this game has a ton of nonsensical restrictions on subscribers and f2p players alike, 10-30% auction house tax, maximum 30 auction house trades per month. daily dungeon lockout on all dungeons not just per dungeon. Cant create guilds unless you are a certain endgame class, no player shops unless you are a certain class

    Waiting for:

More like idiots want to complain about restricted trading in one game, but are happy to pay for it in another? Comparing the two isn't even close to valid. I could see regular trading being an issue, but paying cash for using the auction house? That's insane.

Just some quick corrections/tips and a request at the end! :)

    1. All servers are in the East Coast US, although the SEA and EU servers will in a few weeks to month or so be moved to their respective regions (supposedly).

    2. Tip: Each queue is not tied to a server, but instead only the channel you've chosen to log into. So if you get a queue, log out to server select (since the Cancel button doesn't work....) and choose a new server. Typically a server with more yellow circles will have shorter or no queues at all. I haven't had any queues thus far getting into the game because of that despite playing during East Coast prime time. The problem I do have is the in-game lag, which has improved but still is buggy sometimes. This is really what needs fixing - hopefully they get it under control soon.

    3. Tip: Like you said before, never roll on Orsha.

4: Tip: I see many players used to standard MMO controls choosing Mouse Mode because it defaults to WASD controls, however you can rebind nearly all of the keys in Keyboard mode, so you can use WASD with keyboard mode as well. Mouse mode is intended for Wizards and Archers for easier aim since they can use the mouse to aim (basically just via clicking on mobs), while Swordsman and Clerics are intended to use Keyboard mode (aiming via moving/turning your character via keyboard and directly facing the mob you want to hit).

I also read somewhere that movement with mouse controls is a bit slower, or you're stuck in animations before being able to move, or something like that. I wish I could remember where I saw it. I do know that the game was designed with Keyboard controls in mind and Mouse was added later (strangely) so it may not work as well in general.

    5. Tip: Chat Spam Lag - block the spammers as soon as you see them and your chat lag should go away.

    6. Tip: When making a new character, you want to choose Klaipeda city to start with, not Orsha. Orsha is fine but a)less quests for some reason mean more mob grinding in level gaps as low as level 30, b)If you're not sure where to go and Google a leveling guide, 100% of the guides are written for Klaipeda (I made this mistake already). If you've already started, you're not screwed (yay). Just spend 500 gold at a vendor in Orsha that will teleport you to Klaipeda where you can go quest.

But here's my request for future articles - can you look into the economy of the game? Currently my big issue is the steaming pile of poo known as the AH. Tokens are the optional sub in this game. Non-token users (regardless of F2P or Founders status) can only list ONE ITEM on the auction house at a time, while Token users can only list FIVE. When most games let you list anywhere from 30 to 150 items at a time, this leaves me speechless.

With the absence of player shops and such severely limiting AH listings, most of your items go to vendors. As such, it's hard to find items you need because nobody wants to list low-value items on the AH, and thus it's also hard to make money because most of it is sold to vendors for less than market value.

Beyond that, the lack of player to player trading has no good alternative - there's no ability to share loot and roll on it in parties, so if you get an item your friend wanted, you can't help him/her out. They need to have a shared loot standard rolling option like other MMO's. You can either set groups up for individual loot, or round robin, neither of which solves that problem.

ya I'm trying to enjoy the game but the auction house restrictions are ridiculous. I'm having a very hard time making money to buy pots or gear, just the bare necessities

Heyo. Was just about to head to bed when I saw your thoughts. Very well-explained. I'll dive into trade systems and see how it feels for me.

And you can't complain about it on the forums unless you're willing to make a social media account because they don't even have an account management system on their website. What sort of gaming website doesn't let you create an account specific to that game?! I've seen numerous posts on Reddit with feedback where players were asking other people to post on the forums for them because they didn't have a Facebook or Google+ account - or at least not one they were willing to share. The only people I saw saying they did have accounts were ones who said they made fake Google+ accounts just to post on the website. That is so sad.

Also I think to create a guild not only do you need a Swordsman to spec Templar, but they have to be like level 100+ or something? That's just silly.

meh. It's still not a time machine. Here's feature A and B to let you know how much of a deal breaker it is for me. when you get around to reviewing a game that will immerse me to the point that i forget my real life failures, let me know. It'll be GOTY!

You forgot to mention the horrible lag and stuttering. Though I haven't logged in since Wednesday, so this might be fixed by now.

AN' DERE AIN'T NO SUCH FING AS ENUFF DAKKA, YA GROT! Enuff'z more than ya got an' less than too much an' there ain't no such fing as too much dakka. Say dere is, and me Squiggoff'z eatin' tonight!

It's improved a bit but still needs some work.

The game is pve so unless there will be strict gear score to join some dungeons I won't mind a little pay2win in the cash shop.

It's going to be free at the end of this month anyway.

Hope so. From what I've been able to play I'm liking it quite a bit.

Welcome to P2W MMOs because people want F2P and not a P2P game where everyone is on equal footing.

There's not a single thing in this game right now that is P2W.

    And the usual question is:
Are stats and skill redistribution require cash shop item purchase?

Can I ask what mmos you are able to run with your ram restriction? That's got to be rough.
