He establishes some well presented, cohere arguments. They do not fill your agenda hence he is trolling.

He is right, you people moved from attacking the project itself to attacking the individuals behind it. One can bet that this will escalate. Maybe not by you but others are more than willing to scrutinize CIG's peoples lives and put the findings in the open for the wolves to feast on.

In his recent posts regarding the entire thing he brought it up himself and almost has an air of pride regarding there being good stories in it and it not showing the worst of who he has been. He is guilty of posting what was written and has admitted such himself. Not even coerced to admit such. So much for the innocent crap

As far as bringing it up here, Ben Lesnick is perfectly able to come defend it and saying he isn't is ridiculous.

Unlike some other managed communities, he probably won't even be banned for posting his opinion...

What exactly is the issue with what has been posted. As I said earlier, the only link I followed had a page of spider facts and anotehr page had pictures of some woman from TV it seems. 

Not trying to argue if he wrote stuff, just trying to understand what is so bad about what he wrote as so far it seems to be about an inuendo post about 'doing' a cartoon character.

It is funny that Ben let this out on his own and now they want to do what ever they can to blame anyone but him. This is really sad. But I bet Mark Hamill and others will not want his reputation associated with SC now.

Saying that there are some funny stories in there is almost begging people to read and dig through it. That is where it is stupid. Admit it, say you've changed, whatever. 

To handle it the way he did as someone in his position in a project such as this is grossly incompetent. Nothing in the admission shows any sign of change. The only apology is that he apologized for people having to read through the "tepid" mass to find the "juicy bits". Again, almost imploring people to actually read and dig through it. Stupid, stupid, stupid.

The funding and marketing of this project is still based pretty much solely on the good will and bad judgement of people and I'm pretty sure that plenty of people out there beyond a handful on this forum would question exactly who/what is running this circus with this kind of crap coming to light. More importantly, the current, not a decade old, response regarding it.

I"m trying to find the thing I read last night, so far I can't, anyway to put it in context; it was basically a collection of depraved as well as racist thoughts written when he was in a "bad place in life", and was mad at the world more or less. That was Ben's description of it anyway. Which is what I can't find now, yet I have no f'n idea how to find much of anything on redit, I don't go to that site.

Don't click on dodgy sites which is why I discuss things here as I trust this site (for the most part) which is why I have asked what the discussion points were.

This whole thread seems to be about people saying "what he said is so bad" but no seems to be saying what is so bad or what was said.

It did just come out during the weekend. The last 24 hours there weren't too many people hard at work on game journalism. Once people get back to the office and things get stirred up, more search terms will get added and it will probably shoot the charts at least a little bit. The attempts at scrubbing most mentions of it suggest I probably am not alone in that opinion.
