BnS has great Customer Service Support!

I've heard tons of great things about the support for BnS.  I personally had charges I accidentally made refunded within a day.  Here's a pic someone posted today about their experience.

They are doing well with this game.  They are catching up to the Korean version pretty quickly.  It's a nice steady flow of updates.  The game also has one of the most generous F2P systems.  Just like Tera.

WOW a support ticket getting answered in a day?
I have an almost 4 week old BDO support ticket with Da$m pertaining to being double billed on my credit card.

I bought one $100 pack and got charged for two... But only received $100 worth of pearls. Lol yeah.

My CC told me they can do a charge back but this company has been placed on a "scam alert" because doing any sort of charge back apparently gets you a ban. Yeah, Capital One actually told me Daum is on something called a "scam alert"....?
So here I am, waiting to have them refund the $100 they stole for me.

Hmm, I may have to try B&S now. It can't be as hackable as BDO and no game has worse support than BDO.

BnS currently has some hackers, but they aren't as bad as the BDO ones from what I understand.  You can definitely kill them in BnS.  BnS probably has more bots, but hey you're never going to get stacks of 1,000 dumplings for like 20 silver without them.

Plus hackers could never interfere with your day to day PVE because open world isn't pvp enabled unless you wear a costume for it, and most endgame pve happens in dungeons anyway.

In my 3 months of playing, I've encountered maybe 3 summoner hackers in Arena and killed one of them (top players have been facing them pretty often recently, though).  I have fought a heck of a lot of destroyer bots in Arena.  They are annoying but they're also free wins.

That's the extent of the impact on my gameplay.  Both hackers and bots are a huge problem and need to be dealt with, but in the meantime I'm still having tons of fun with the game.

It's not perfect but I definitely recommend BnS to anyone, especially if they haven't yet given it a fair shot.  It's free anyway so no harm in giving it a whirl.
