But there doesn't seem to be any new endgame content.
TESO's true "endgame" content is - I would suggest - the RvRvR campaigns. Each one is potentially different.
Beyond that what is endgame content? Something that challenges a "max level" group - who will expect "gear" to make them more powerful. And then expect "even harder" content?
Giving mobs more hit points and the ability to deal more damage and simply filling dungeons with many more mobs is an "easy" approach to "end game" content. A cop out and ultimately futile. And I think Zenimax abandoned this approach when they announced the CS system. After the VR10 cap had quickly become VR14 which had quickly become VR16.
CS make characters more powerful - make no mistake. Instead of getting to "level 100 (say) and being able to steam roll a level 50 dungeon (say)" it is now about becoming an "enhanced level 50 and having more ways to deal with a level 50 dungeon". So easier? Yes. Face roll? No.
And what that means is that - nominally - all (higher level) content is end game content. Although it will be harder for devs to churn out "new" challenges rather than just "re-using" an old dungeon. Consequently - especially with scaling - the content should be accessible to many more people - not just the leet geared tiny percentage. Which, imo, is a good thing.
Lol i find it really funny that people are excited for these dlc's that are already in the single player games. I guess if you never played Morrowind and beyond you would be excited for this. In an ES mmo i would want something new.
You know it's all new story, locations and overall content, right? Plus the guilds give you a new skill line which further increases the already ridiculously large amount of character build possibilities.. the DLC has new loot, skins, mobs, dungeons also.
Comparing ESO to the single player games is a naive thing to do anyway. They aren't the same.
Yes, the difference being that the single player TES is BETTER. Go figure.
One of games I will unfortunately never bother to even try because of silly decision to enforce WASD keys which predate 2d games and pre Windows era. I just can't believe I was torturing myself with some games once before discovered some MMO have mouse - most natural way for movement - used to move around.
Hm, what do you mean?
I'll tell you something.. the single player ES games are not better multiplayer games.

I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it.

Everything will based off you Champion points.
