Unlimited HP and Mana. Yep those are hacakble. PA is a trully ridiculous developer.

After getting flamed by a user yesterday for asking valid questions, I wanted to see for myself. So I got the Russian version, a hack, and played for a few hours.

Sure enough, one of the options was unlimited mana and HP. Now I don't read Russian, and there were more buttons to press, but the only things I can verify are that mana, HP, and CDs are hackable.

I tested this by getting to level 21. It was very easy, since being unkillable I could gather up mobs very easily and then just AoE them down.

I found a post in Daums forum that mentioned the link above and had a video of a guy with God mode turned on. The thread was locked and deleted and is now not found. 
So it also all obviously works on NA servers as well. It will just take time before it becomes widespread.
Right now if you speak Russian, you can pretty much do whatever you want in game, since all hacks I saw have been in that  language.

Wait, you decry hacking in games but then went out and tested a hacking program on the BDO Russian version? 

Pro tip, shooting people with firearms may kill them, but please don't go out and test this, just take my word on it.

Didnt you start another thread about this like two days ago? Why do you want to play BDO so hard, that you seem not able to let go? Is it the graphics?  sandbox features? what is it? 

Maybe you should start playing and see if you get hooked instead of looking for hacks.

I've done a lot of PVP in a lot of games, but I haven't ever run into infinite HP/MP hacks and zero CD on skills.

Thanks for answering. I was just asking why starting another thread in less than 48 hours. You already stated in the previous thread you got proof. 

It would be benefitial for the discussion though if you were able to get the hack for our version of the game not russia. Russia is famous for this.

Cheat Engine, which is what the guy on that blog used, isn't difficult to use. You're not sifting through or writing code. It has a user-friendly GUI and automates a lot of the functions. All you have to do is find the the offsets and addresses then modify or freeze the values. Anyone could learn to do it in less than a day by reading a guide.

I wanted to show how incredibly easy it is to hack in this game, especially after being trolled in my other thread.

I get you, and I see your point. Like I said, check that other thread. Some people are just trolling and I don't like that. If I could delete that other thread, I would. I actually said it multiple times before.

I don't really want to give Daum/PA any money though, so unless someone donates an account to me that has a high chance of getting banned, I can't test our version.
Plus I am almost finished downloading FF:RR and am going to start playing that, so my time will be going toward grinding in another game 
All my research points leads me to believe that it is a fun game without the ridiculous hacking that can be achieved in BDO.

I know there are hacks for every game, but rather than test the hacks I just go play the game and see if the hackers spoil my fun or not.

Take EVE for example, there are hacking sites out there (likely all scams as "everyone" knows you can't hack EVE)  but in many years of playing can't recall a single time my enjoyment was spoiled by a hacker.

So even if it's happening, as long as it isn't visible to me I'm not concerned.

Probably helps that I don't read up on available hacks, better if I'm not always on the lookout for them I think.

I don't disagree, no one likes to be unfairly owned, I'm just suggesting you give it a try and see if the fun outweighs the bad, in your own day to day experience. (and stop reading about hacks so much, will make you obsessive about them.)

FFXIV is a great choice. 

Now for these hacks, my guess is that PA/Daum are focusing on EU/NA instead of Russia, since that is where they make money. I dunno how much revenue they get from Russia but I guess not much currently. Hackers might be prevalent there but quickly disposed of here.

No there is a huge difference between a teleport hack and Godmode hack.  The teleport hack is harder to stop because it has to do with latency and communication between server and client.  You stop all cooldown and hp/mp hacks by simply moving them to server and keeping hands off in client.  Just like all mmo's in existance right now.   Well except for BDO that is.  Yes this is something to laugh at its like the cook who didn't know they needed to turn on the oven to actually cook something.  Or the guy who died of suffocation because he forgot that breathing was important.

Yes it is quite sad that some random forum users know better then make the mistake that they made on this subject.

Unlimited hp and mp should not be but the cooldown and other things work in NA/EU. I am 100% sure.

You tried it on the Russian version of the game, but I'm wondering if the NA/EU client will be different. I'm sure the publisher uses a different anti hack, or if anything maybe it won't work for some other reasons. I know Russians tend to hack a LOT in games, I don't really know why, but it happens. I don't know if it will be the same for NA though, I hope it isn't.

The only true way to stop this type of hacking is to move everything server side, but then you would have people complaining about latency issues.  It really is a no win situation.
