Daum to refund Conquerors package horse

http://forum.blackdesertonline.com/index.php?/topic/79899-conqueror-pack-horse-resolution/

As some people have delighted and others moaned when people (like myself) ordered the conqueror package we were under the impression that were in facrt getting a t5 horse, when actually it was  t3 horse with a nice hood (think driving a mercedes with a ford engine)
Of course this also had impacts on horse breeders (like myself)
So this week we will all be getting a new t5 female horse and also a breeding reset token.

Whilst there are still problems with this game at least it seems they are listening and prepared to do things about it, so hopefully this is the start of them fixing other issues in game

Which for record im still enjoying this game no end regardless of issues that are evident, but if this is the future then we might see a solid , almost bug free game some times soonish

So thumbs up daum listening and acting upon your player base concerns.

This post is all my opinion, but I welcome debate on anything i have put, however, personal slander / name calling belongs in game where of course you're welcome to call me names im often found lounging about in EvE online.

Fixing a multi-month-old problem that caused some to threaten action against them (false advertising) doesn't fill me with nearly as much optimism as it does you.

Sure it's good, but does it foretell a future of solid, almost bug free gaming in BDO?  No, I don't think so and don't really see how the two things are related at all.

Not sure how them finally making good after 2 months of people having tier 3 horses that are labeled tier 5s is "a beautiful sunny day" for BDO.

The fact that they even did that to begin with is an outrage, even if it was just because of sheer incompetence.

Your standards for this game are abysmally low.

How about responding to my point instead of just the fact that you perceive my post was "bashing".

Do you think this fortells a future of solid, almost bug free gaming in BDO?  Do you think them giving out new horses has anything to do with how buggy the game will be in the future?

Well I know you weren't affected because you don't play BDO despite your immense interest in its "issues" and neither was I because I didn't buy a Conqueror's package. But the people who did? They are ecstatic with the resolution of getting an additional T5 female... that would be the "sunny" part.

You don't have a point worth responding to IN THIS THREAD. There was already another one before this final resolution where your point would have been on topic: http://forums.mmorpg.com/discussion/449985/conqueror-pack-t5-horse-scamming-issue-official#latest
You can see my posts there.

As to your bashing... lol. We can all see your posting history you know? It's not a secret

That and the fact that two months is really not that long of a time given its a new release and the game devs and publisher are having to deal with many more issues than just a t5 horse.  These things take time.  The fact it was resolved at all, to the satisfaction of a good majority, is to be commended, not criticized.  One is picking at straws when they choose this to criticize the game over.

I said the resolution was good.  How is that bashing the game?  I was supposed to say it was fucking amazing?

So, you guys ever going to respond to my point in this thread?

Do you think this fortells a future of solid, almost bug free gaming in BDO?  Do you think them giving out new horses has anything to do with how buggy the game will be in the future?

I swear, trying to communicate with rabid fanboys is a trying experience.

The point of the thread is actually that Daum refunded the conquerors t5 horse.  You would have done well to leave it at the resolution was good, since that is the topic of discussion of this thread.  All of that other stuff is off-topic and better left for another thread.  You, however, just couldn't help yourself.  No way that a good thing said about BDO could be left at that?  Why does it always have to be a packaged with a whole bunch of negative criticism?

    Are't those completely different issues?

Daum is the publisher. Then can't suddenly make the game perfect. It has its issues. That's a shame but there it is.

All they can do is figure out what they can do, see if the developers are "ok" with it and act accordingly.

I personally didn't care that my horse wasn't a full fledge Tier 5. I suppose these things are always non-issues for me. But for some it was, it took some time and now those that don't have them will get them.

Should this have been an issue at the start? No. If it was my company that would never have happened (I swear, these developers seem more and more like kids who have no idea how to run a company) but it's not.

As far as the bugs, "whatever". I'll live. Others will too. Some will just tolerate them and some will not want to be a part of it and leave. All good.

Yes, they are.  That was my point.

Anyway, I'll honestly be surprised if they get these horses out to everyone.  Every time they've wanted to mail out things to a certain group, they've messed it up, starting with the pre-order bonuses.

Looks to me like it's a way to distract people from the hacking problem.

Brenics ~ Just to point out I do believe Chris Roberts is going down as the man who cheated backers and took down crowdfunding for gaming.

If that was the case then why woudl they put a big long post/announcement on the forum and offer incentive in the 'grassing' of hackers. And ways they are planning / trying to fight them
Surely someone who was trying to distract away then you do as little as possible to talk about it... think of apple and their battery
Im not saying its not in game, but it cant be that prevailant as i have been in game since day 1 and so far i haven't come across anything like that, yes i can see that in PvP there have been complaints, but then again show me ANY mmo who haven't had bots/hackers in game especially so close to release.

I do think that people are blowing it out of proportion, but thats just personal, who knows in another month when ive soft capped my toons (all) maybe i will see it, but as with a lot of playres we have happily been playing the game and come across nothing of the sort.
