    Every creature that you slay, has a chance to drop blackstones. This is to say, the chances of grey leveled mobs drop things far often in general, so farming green to even are most beneficial. This is a great chance for those that have been away, or leveling an alt, to get their gear ready for the June 1st release, and the node wars on June 15th. This even is only for 2 weeks, so make the most of it.  ;)

    Ipad pro keeps highlighting and removing text when I type, lol. ...grey leveled mobs drop things far less often in general...

    Yep.  Looks like I picked a good time to start (although the free pet thing was nice that I missed).

    With lots of blackstones and 2 weeks straight of xp buff, I'll be well on my way.

    Even our own Bill Murphy will not be able to avoid endgame with this event going on.

    This is a nice update. They are trying to include everyone as they rollout patches and updates, I definitely appreciate it. Not saying the game doesn't have it's flaws and kinks to work out, but I feel good about the state of the game right now.

    Haven't got a single stone to drop yet I must be unlucky lol.

    I grinded for 30 min to an hour tough on grey/green mobs while finishing some quests. That might be why. I wish the exp buff event worked also on the attributes not only for leveling.

    Strength and Health are so boring to level.

    I acquired over 20 weapon stones and 35 armor stones in about 3 hours. I played multiple characters, varient levels, and in different areas. I had success with all of the above. I do have 5 luck on two of my toons.

    Yeah I think green and grey don't drop them that often.
