Epic Games has announced that a special physical edition of Paragon is now available via a number of retailers that is considered the "essentials" version of the game. It includes a number of in-game perks and instant beta access. This version of the game will run $59.99.

It kicks smite in the teeth as far as gaming goes but it's pacing...man it's so so so so so slow.
This isn't true. No matter what version of the game you buy you get access on PC and PS4. I asked Epic before buying. The game is 100% cross platform with a shared account system and PS4/PC cross play. So yes, stupid to buy this if you don't have a PS4 but fine if you own both.
As someone who owns both platforms I really appreciated the 2 for 1 deal. I bought in as soon as they went on sale due to this factor.

They announced Founders Packs in March. This is not the retail release of the game. Even though they're selling a physical retail copy of the game it will not be officially released for months. There's still place holder art work in the jungle...

Have you played since the movement speed patch? It's a lot better since then even though it through off balance and put mages in the crapper.

I logged in like last night the first time in a week+ after overwatching/Fractured Spacing my weeks away.
I noticed that my Gadget didn't take 5 minutes to get to mid and was like "RIGHT TRACK".
It's still slow because that map is just way too big. I refer to smite on a good third person conquest map size.
Though I will say Paragon's map is freaking INSANELY detailed. I have found spots I could snip from that only can be gained on one ramp and only if you jump to it. That is amazing for a moba.
I really like Epic games and have worked with them on this beta since day 1 founder was dropped. (I helped solve that mysterious launcher error folks were getting. Bad ram. It was ram not the game.)
It's def my "Moba of choice" over all others though I spend an extensive time now with that Space Moba (Fractured Space) arguably the most under rated and only space moba ever.
Gotta agree with everything you're saying. I'll have to check out Fractured Space myself. I heard about another MOBA in space, Dead Star. IDK if it's any good?
