    I suspect you are talking about Project Gorgon.
    Still early alpha, and their team is very small but they arent afraid to try new stuff.

    Fairy race coming soonish.  Lots of skills and you dont need to make an alt to try them - just switch weapon.  Animal forms - deer, pig, werewolf, raven, cow.
