I have played STO for a long time and its just the variety of class and ships that keeps me interested and that's why I am a lifetime subscriber because I think this game can go on for a very long time nad make many more excellent expansions good luck to you all and fly safe...

Agents of Yesterday give you the original TNG feeling! Enjoyed it so much i started watching the TV episodes again Not many games have such a great universe to play with/in And besides flying starships and leading away teams you can order your duty officers around and do R&D and collect accolades and command the ships you have collected in your career on offscreen misions. Also the community is great - my armada does constume contests and summer&chrismas events! Playing for 3 years as lifetime member and still learning new things about char builds...

I like the story, I think it offers a ton of content for FTP, I like the Character Creator, I love the Space Battles.
I love the Universe. Love the foundry with tons of user created missions.
By far my favorite MMORPG.

I love how STO still expands, even after so many years we get new toys,erm... ships, to play with, new places to visit, new stories. The galaxy and the game itself keeps growing and changing, yet you don't feel lost. Here you can play solo or with others, on the ground or in space, whether you play a lot, or a little, Star Trek Online will have something right for you

Did you just post in this thread just to troll? What would you consider good space ship combat? I think the idea of having firing arcs and having to position your ship to fire is a fun way to make combat engaging.

I enjoy the way the developers take obscure parts of Star Trek like the Iconians, Elachi, Solonae etc and turn them into a plausible part of the story.

STO has been the only way to sate my Star Trek addiction for a long time. I also love the community and the RP guys and gals are amazing. Really brings the game to life. I need the STO man if I don't get it I might just turn into a Tribble.

I was a closed beta tester for Star Trek online and still a current player. I am 51 years old and I remember being very young and watching Star Trek.  From that point on I fell in love with it. I have seen every series and every movie out there.  I was fortunate enough to actually meet Gene Roddenberry during a showing of Star Trek bloopers (original series)and the original black and white pilot. (Side note, the sound went out at the intro of the pilot and the entire theate hummed and sang the intro compleat with 'swishes' as the ship passed.  It was a truly fun and memorable time)

The Original series help shape my young life with an interest in science.  

I would love the pack because this is the Stat Trek I grew up with and is most meaningful to me.

The diversity!
The diversity in how character looks, how your ship looks, how your bridge officers look, what equipment your character & ships use, the range of space or ground missions you can do, the amount of projects you can do from reputations to fleet & armada holdings. I dont think there is any other game that comes close to how diverse STO is.

Been playing this game from beging (when it was pay to play), had fun fightinh Crystaline Entity, attack of Borg and many more. Current expansion is new "fresh" wind in game, giving players possibility to feel experience of old StarTrek series. I hope this game will be developed and view new places in space... so live long and prosper.

I love Star Trek Online because I also love the TV Series from the Original to the following ones ( TNG, DS9, Voyager and Enterprise)

I like Star Trek Online because it allows me fly in ships of the Star Trek Universe. I enjoy the story line and the quests. I also like that fact that as a player and a fan of Star Trek Franchise, we remember those that helped make Star Trek everything it is today by being able to go to the in-game memorial for them on Earth Space Dock, Vulcan, New Romulus, and Q'ronos.
