MMORPG's with Legendary item drops or ingredients

Basically, in which MMORPG's are players able to get a drop from dungeon/ world boss /event /etc that is part or in whole Epic/Legendary item that grants you the ability to challenge endgame content further?

PREFERABLY F2P - but feel free to name Sub/B2p if you know theyr worth it

Named Weapons and Armours - Things players drool at

>Forsaken World  -  Ok, you can get exactly this here, but you need to enchant it ,or its useless without gems, dead servers now tho

>Rift - Pretty good example ..but last i heard its seriously underpopulated

>Tera - totally out of the picture, everyone grinds 1000 ingredients to craft it, and almost everyone wears the same equips at some point

>Wildstar - Sci-Fi doesnt suit me much, tried it, but didnt get the feel of the mmo apart from the open world, its underpopulated as well..

>GW2 - Legendaries, tons of them, they mean nothing at all, theyr all just so similar in stats its ridiculous ,u can also get them easily

>Archeage - similar to what im saying, but considering the extensive p2w regrading process  also useless


Someone can tell me titles that are like this ,but ..like not pixelated, not very dated and empty .. xD
do any remain apart from which i mentioned that come to mind?

I know GW2 don't drop legendaries, only ingredients.  They do drop a lot of exotics.

Neverwinter online has just that. Give it s try.

Also, Blade and Soul at endgame.

Right confused those 2, since they do look awesome as well.  Can get entire sets easily even from pvp boxes.
