And I hate it.

I decided to resub because I've been hearing positive things, and I wanted to try the new class changes and see what Legion has coming. Even though WoW in my favorite MMO, I had low expectations going into this. Why? Because they removed Metamorphosis from Locks (my main), nonetheless I gave it a shot. Let me just say this, Warlock is the only class I played for 3 expansions, I hated a lot of expansions and changes but I always came back because my Lock was so much fun to play. The only reason I even leveled a priest is because I was sick of not having a healer in BGs. Now I understand why you guys want Legacy servers so much.

My Warlock just feels so goddamn clunky, christ. Affliction hasn't felt like Affliction since WotLK, but now its especially bad. Demonology's rotation is awkward. I don't play Destro but I'm gonna assume its the same situation. I feel like I've lost a friend, I'm not trying to be dramatic or bash the game but this is something I've come back for every time for enjoyment, and now it feels dead, hollow, terrible.

The only upside I can think of is my Priest is more or less the same, clunkier but still fun/nice.

Why not try a different class? Discipline and Shadow are way different now. Unholy DK's are great fun and Demon Hunters are awesome. Do you have a guild? There are some classes I have that I don't like as well, so I play something else.

this pretty much happens in every game that launches an expansion and changes around abilities of a class. You might love them one expansion and hate them the next. Wow is no exception and probably one of the worst out there for changing things up with each expansion. They do dramatic changes with each expansion release. I would not grow attached to toons in older games like that as they change the classes around to fill different needs over time.

I just got back and am loving the changes.  Now mind you if you had asked me a week ago I woul dhave said I hated my Disc priest.  now after practicing with her and reading and learning, I am enjoying the heck out of it. Its given me a new lease of the game.  BTW was in a BG and the Locks were putting out insane damage and were so hard to kill ppl with screaming NERF during the bg.   So....
