I cant remember the name of the MMO but there was one that on character creation you could decide if you wanted to pvp or not...If you chose yes, you got all the good and bad things of pvp, and if you chose no you could not attack other players and they could not attack you.

Dead on arrival for me. Designed to be an inconvenient game thanks to the cash shop full of convenience items. I'm sure it will be like most Asian games, where in-game assests are ugly as hell and all of the nice looking stuff is listed as cosmetics in the cash shop. Best in slot is crafting only, ugh, and I'm sure that is tied into the cash shop as well with crafting stamina potions or crafting cosmetics / blueprints / upgrade gems, bleh.
Do all the healers walk with that odd prance? Or is that just something you can turn on and off?
Oh my...most of these newer MMOs are pushing me out of the genre I used to love. Tack on rabbit ears and fighting in high heels and it's just about all I can take..Pantheon, Camelot unchained, or Crowfall are going to have to save me or I'm tapping out.
Geez, everyone complaining about that male spiritshaper. If you want to see something really cringe worthy check out some of these emotes you get from being married. You can have same sex marriage in this game.
Played a few days with the gunslinger class (or whatever it's called), got to level 40 ish. Can't say I like the game very much, it's kinda of meh. Some notable things would be...
The story line is quite long, spanning over several acts, and with many cut scenes (which may become tiring after some time). Reminds me a little of the story campaign in BnS.
PvE is mostly dungeons, which you repeat at different levels with different difficult settings. So basically you run the same dungeons with more difficult mobs and bosses. There are also random world events like those in GW2 (some enemy invades a village and you need to clear them off for some reward etc), but it doesn't feel as polished as the dynamic events in GW2. Also, nobody ever did those coz the server I played on are mostly high level ppl with end game in mind.
Also there are the character stats system thingy which I don't know what to feel about it. So as you can imagine yeah everytime you level up you can spend some points on some stats and skills. Sure you can reverse them at a cost but somehow I'd prefer not to have them all together.
The rest is pretty standard and mundane.
Oh, you can fly, like in Aion. So you've got that going for you, which is nice.
Overall the game seems to have a bit of everything in it, just that everything doesn't feel very polished.

No wonder I'm back to playing Baldur's Gate...
