MMOs should look at "Darkest Dungeon" Camping skills

In Darkest Dungeon you can rest once or twice in the bigger dungeons. As opposed to normal MMOs what  you do when you camp is CRITICAL to your success and part of the strategy of the game. Every class has a set of different camping skills that they can employ when camping. The combat classes usually have combat oriented skills that give bonuses to the next upcoming fights but the support classes have a wide array of helpful ones from Stress recovery to not getting attacked to sending the dog out to scout the next few corridors on your map. A lot of the skills have give and takes when employed such as reducing stress to the whole party except for the one you make a joke about who actually goes up and its all almost a mini game in itself.  It is all done very RPG style.

I find it fascinating because it is a great example of making normally click and forget parts of the game fun and engaging and that are not directly related to combat. "Support" classes don't just support your combat, instead they support in various other ways from map reveal to stress management to Trap evasion etc. I think more MMOs should employ things like this to make the game something other than a pure combat grind.

Pillars had something similar. I think you can carry a max of 5 camping supplies. You can loot some though occasionally.
