Doesnt need to be a huge population, but healthy and fun.

Something similar to EQ1 I guess

    Healthy, fun and like EQ1 doesn't exist.
    But Black desert is open world pvp and non-instanced so there's that. I have a 7 day key you can try it out if you like.
