Live forum feed, how to?
This is a question for the real geeks...i guess!
I'm in no way an expert, so be easy on me if this is silly or something.
But is it possible to create some sort of live feed from "Recent discussions" that is being displayed in i.e. a sidebar on my desktop?
I would like to see what you awesome people post here AS IT HAPPENS, even if my browser is closed or i am surfing around.
I read some HowTos about creating RSS feeds, but they are all rather complicated and included steps like creating a blog, directing the forum to the blog first, intercept email notifications with the reader and bla bla bla...
Isn't there an easier way?
