For me, the Super Mario Brothers. I am pretty sure I completed it 100% and what I just said after I finished the game was , That's it?Lol. Well, I do hope there will be a new version of Mario Bros. to be release this 2017 and then I will let it play to my kiddos.
Not really a completionist going around and finding every single thing in game but I did finish the early Tomb Raider games, Syphon Filter, Max Payne 1 and 3 (cant remember if I finished 2) and Deus Ex Human Revolution.
Wow had to really think about this think it was Pitfall back around 1983 or so. But my favorite game of my childhood was Dragon Warrior as it is known in the states.
I play RPGs... because of this haven't completed a game for a really long time!!! Actually I did beat Sonic 2 recently.. lol is that complete though? There were many different routes I could have took and I sped through like a fast hedgehog through the thing I am sure I missed stuff.
I can't remember the first completed game... ummm actually I do.
