Chances he is charged with soliciting a minor for sex is nil. If the cop is posing as a 15 year old that means they are not 15. So any decent lawyer can get that dismissed in court. I know if you sell liquor to an undercover cop under 21, you can usually dismiss the charges if they have facial hair or white hairs. When it comes to purchasing a prostitute the charges are usually a slap on the wrist and a fine. The prostitute is charged more.
