Geezes! Is this for real ?

Overwatch is a popular video game, and it affects our children more than we might realize. It should promote peace."
Peace? In a PvP game ?! Where 2 teams kills each-other ???
I am very mad at Blizzard right now for the way he treated me on HoTs and their stupid silence system. They refused to give me the logs about the reports messages which I received, yet .. they give the logs to others , which in the end it pissed me a lot because that's not treating their customers equally .
I already canceled my WoW sub , asked refund for the last 30 days purchases I made in HoTs , and stopped playing Overwatch too . I was a pretty "hardcore" defender of Blizzard , but the last several days and their pathetic responds at my tickets has left me with a very bad taste in my mouth.

remove guns from a gun game...lol,that is going over the top.
sexist pose??Oh guess someone missed the boat on regular family time tv viewing for oh the past 50 years?Guess i do need to make point that just because something has been a long stay in humanity does not make it right, but to have missed the boat on everything else in life and point solely at OW is laughable.
Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.
I don't condone piracy but when companies censor their games to please pieces of garbage people they stop getting money from me.
@DNKano, if someone gets offended they can just look the other way and not buy the game. It's that simple. They don't have to ruin it for everyone else.
EDIT: the author of the petition is probably on drugs too, or is a very old person.
Sad think is, the author said that actually, Blizzard did removed the victory pose , which , if that's true , that is so fucked up !
I am not going into "DKano" theories , because I do not agree with his POV.
I am just so fucking mad because of their customer support in HoTs and now .. about their changes to Tracer because some people with real life problem , can't actually understand that a game IS A GAME!

This type of entitlement needs a solid punch in the fucking face.
2) I understand that too. Which I am actually against it ! That is why I quit every Blizzard game. I don't want to take part into this shit. The only games which I will be playing are D3 , because it actually focus on single player with multiplayer options, which normally , I am playing with friends only , and SC2, for the same very reasons, and future Blizzard games which will only have the above "features" .
I will not touch any Blizzard game where it involves "masses" . Not until things change, which ... I am afraid will not !

most of your hippie peace lovers/anti-gun nuts are not on the conservative side.
I have yet to see a blizzard game that isn't based solely around violence.
Warcraft, Warcraft II, Warcraft III
Diablo, Diablo II, Diablo III
StarCraft, StarCraft II
World of Warcraft
Hearthstone (they are fighting, essentially)
Overwatch
Am I missing any?
Is there any reason anyone would expect a peaceful game from Blizzard? Their gaming history is rooted in violence-based storylines and gameplay.
What, does someone actually expect them to make a peaceful game or, even less likely, completely change a currently existing game into a peaceful version of itself, for what reason? Because a lot of people play their games? A lot of people have always played their games.
Can someone please explain the mindset and/or reasoning behind this, hope? expectation? I'm going with expectation.

At first I thought, a G rated mode when turned on removes guns, hey that is actually a decent idea.
Then I remembered the old Disney movies, the ones I hesitate to let my kids watch after I re-watched them as an adult, were G rated. Those were some crazy plots for a G rated movie! Things were different when I was a kid, I watched a hell of a lot more violence than those G rated Disney movies. But, kids being turned into 'jackasses' (donkeys) and smoking and drinking while being tricked into human trafficking and/or child labor? Yeah Pinocchio is super G rated, THESE DAYS, right? No way that gets a G rating under today's system.
The reason I bring that up is, Overwatch is probably one of the more toned down FPS games I have seen. Comparably, considering it's cartoony appearance, it may have been a G rated Disney movie 30-40 years ago.
So what are they actually asking for? Today's version of G rating, no sexual poses or postures, presumably next will be no skin showing, no guns, no blood, no bad language, no suggestive themes, no 'jokes for adults' (like the Pixar movies).
That... That's not gonna work. That requires a new game, one that probably none of the current players, presumably, would ever consider playing.

A Horribly sexist and offensive ..............................................................
I am 100% sure, that those players are having VERY SERIOUS real life problems and they come in an online MULTIPLAYER game, to QQ about everything and their incompetence to hold-it their .... problems!
While I feel bad about those kind of people , changing something because of their "ideas" is very bad for many reasons !

Yes, I complain about those who are complaining over a victory pose , and I also complain about Blizzard removing that victory pose.
Those are not two different opinions , but if let's say , there are 2 different opinions, then one is wrong and one isn't. If you cannot see the problem here, then that's your problem.
So , the victory pose, is fucking problem if Blizzard decides to remove it , because some people acts like a VIDEO GAME , should make connection with REAL LIFE !
If someone says that the victory pose of Tracer is a horribly sexist and offensive pose, then that's a mental problem we are talking about. Or a very limited mind.

1) The original outrage was nothing more than someone's bored attempts to control others' attention.
Or
2) The originally offended party's moral stance is inconsistent with itself and, as such, invalidates itself. You cannot claim the moral high ground, much less rightfully demand someone acquiesce to your demands, when you can't even tell the difference between the "high ground" and the "low ground".
That's one of the biggest issues with humanity as a species these days: so many feel like their ignorance is worth just as much as someone else's knowledge. Isaac Asimov noticed this back in the 70s, and the events of 2016, specifically here in the U.S., have done nothing but proven Mr. Asimov correct.
