I think I remember this from some years ago.
The OP got in a fight with the GMs or something and they said some nasty things about his daughter.

Ever since he has been threatening to sue them and I guess he finally did.
I know the GMs were being douchebags but still clinging to this is getting kind of sad.

I would HOPE any parent would say something do something,or you should  just not be a parent ever.
As to the case,if you can afford to go after big business,then do it,don't let them push you around.

I see who Innogames is now,lmao an absolute garbage operation.They have a very simple template that they just keep turning out games on but that is not the problem.The problem is they are designed to lure naive unexpecting kids with CC access to spend,spend and keep spending.

These type of games that INNO operate are like casinos,they couldn't care less how much money they take from you,we really need better laws surrounding games.Yes it takes lot of lawsuits to finally get better laws,eventually we will get there but right now it seems open season for corruption.

Sticks and stones and all that... I mean, what is he suing for? Being mean? He threatened to sue, did and it'll get dismissed for not really being an issue for the civil court. He should have reported it to the police and let them deal with it... or, you know, ignore them.

I remember the USFL sued the NFL in an anti-trust case.  The USFL won the case and was rewarded $3 bucks.  The moral of this story is you don't always get what you want.

Not playing any of Innogames anymore after this deleting their games from my android...

This is just pathetic glad this was posted here and I saw it... Just one of the obvious bad game companies out there to go and do this to him not sure if it was a bunch of people are just one employee though? Did he try emailing them, or a phone call?

Um, posted what here? All the one sided ranting? Edit: Just for the record, I have no idea what this is about or who Innogames so not taking sides but my #1 question is if they insulted his daughter or w/e, why did he continue to engage with them?

What they said back then really was horrible so I do hope they get what's coming at them.
However I remember it wasn't what started this fight.
The OP fought them in his special way of wording things and eventually they figured out that he was having issues and poked right into that wound.

So while I loath this company I feel it would be healthier for the OP to let go.
I'm not saying this to insult him but I really think he needs counseling.

A civil suit is best in this case. The threats are mostly dismiss able as mean jokes. However the stalking is borderline criminal if there was a proven intent to cause violence. In this case proving the intent would be difficult, but the information received and used from the stalking is a civil case for harassment.
In some cases the OP was instigating the threats, so it would be difficult to win based solely on that.

This Chase Xander is a woman who likes to lie and fabricate everything. She's abusive and full of hate. Tells me to kill my self and that she wishes I would just die on a daily. Shes not mental she's just a drunken drug addict looking for that easy money for that fix. How do I know this? Because this Chase Xander/ Barbara Ann Rich is my mother. This case went no where and is being dismissed.
