Any opinions of the tamer above? Negative or positive, its all good. Most likely won't make any changes (especially since my friend and wife both like her a lot), but its nice to see what people think
Oh as an additional note. Its awesome those pets from cash shop are account bound. I have same exact pets on the tamer as my mystic, so every character gets access to them. I was really surprised.

Thanks I added one additional screenshot to post right when you posted Tamer definitely been the hardest thus far for me to do, to make something I personally liked. Too easy just to make them...Elin clones lol. Definitely ended up being worth it though.

Decided to make another Dark Knight customization. Same character, but very changed looks. I actually uploaded it in-game in beauty album.
You can find it (in-game, there is a beauty album in the menu area with all the buttons) by looking up either family name "Edith_Massey" (you can find my tamer there too) or by character herself "Lunashara". I sorta took the theme of my Tamer (I never posted the most up to date picture of her, but can find her in beauty album under my family name), but just one upped it
Here is a screenshot of the Dark Knight...probably by far my favorite character thus far I've made. I say that about every NEW kinda customization look, but I think its cause I get better at it and figure stuff out.

Well, if you do its a lot of fun (at least for me). But I play really casually, I don't play to be #1 I just play it like a sandbox MMO or an online version of Skyrim (sorta). Sometimes I farm, sometimes I tame/breed horses. Sometimes I do trading. Sometimes I do house decorating or crafting. Or just grind or do quests or whatever. I do pretty much whatever.
I also don't get bothered if killed in PvP, cause there is literally no penalty for dying in PvP (where as in PvE you lose exp). You do lose crystals in armor, but that is such a minor penalty lol. Some people take dying in PvP as a game ending thing, and in some MMOs it is, but not so much BDO.
Just gotta have right mind set I dunno if you left cause it was too grindy or the enhancing thing (which I never bother to do, I just buy it on marketplace lol) or what.
But most people end up quitting cause of the grind or the cash shop. Or dying in PvP, but that is such a minor thing. And the only thing you really "need" is 4-5 pets from cash shop (if you don't already), wouldn't go back without them since they make it so you can focus on just killing stuff and not looting each corpse lol. Actually end up LOSING items on bodies without them cause they disappear kinda fast
Plus surprisingly to pets, is they are account bound...all characters get access to the pets you have. So really only gotta buy them once
I haven't had any feeling of "need" in the cash shop besides that though. And I went quite a while without them.
That and the character customization is pretty awesome. Probably one of the best if not the best I've personally seen in an MMO.

Also, I guess technically you can buy pets just on marketplace. But I'd rather spend the time making money and playing than standing at the market on the very slight RNG chance of winning a pet bid lol. But some people do that and get rather cheap pets right from the marketplace so I guess it works for some lol. They are probably a lot more persistent than I am. After 2-3 failed bids, I run off and do other stuff rofl

Updated my ice themed DK that I posted a little bit above. Again, in-game, with the beauty album, you can search for family name "Edith_Massey" and see the tamer as well+DK. Or just search "Lunashara" and you can find her too. I think however you need to be on the value pack to apply the customization. But that will be where I put future character presets.
I fixed the skin shine (removed it), changed lip color a bit, changed the eye makeup. And actually completely forgot to change eyelash color so it was completely wrong before. I changed the brows as well, since the black brows underneath didn't look very good. with the light blue eyebrows.
Looks quite a bit better. This time I had my wife help me make some of the changes. She actually chose the eye makeup/lips/eye brows and eyelash colors so that is pretty much all her there.
Wow, that's hands down one of the BEST 'adult' Tamers I've seen! And I know that class is damn hard to accomplish that on!

Thanks And yeah...the tamer out of all the classes I've made thus far was by far hardest to get something that was "adult" and still look good. Though she is quite a bit different now than in the screenshot above, still looks good.
@cheyane heyane as for average time...it really depends on the class. That and if you already know what you want the class to look like. Witch was pretty easy for me and didn't take that long. Like 45 or so minutes really. Wizard is even easier to get something I personally like, but thats probably cause I always go with the cliche zombie wizard :P
DK wasn't too long, pretty average. I already sorta had a DK I liked, so it was just changing colors and some face structure for most part. The 2nd attempt wasn't very long really, like 45 min...but thats mostly just cause I learned how to do better with the character editor. That and I already knew exactly what I wanted to make since I started off with same idea with the Tamer.
Tamer definitely took by far the longest. In fact, first attempt at a tamer I gave up and went to a different class. First attempt took 3 hours before I gave up, 2nd attempt took about an hour.

This isn't mine (in screenshot below). Tbh, I don't get so into customizing male characters like I do female characters for some reason. 99% of the time I make a male and choose a pre-made look or the default lol. Completely the opposite of female characters. Dunno why lol. I'll still buy an outfit for my guy character though and make him look cool anyway.
But trying out Berserker/Giant. BEST CLASS IN THE GAME. Not only are the animations amazing, but the animations are actually hilarious too. Its like, such a random funny class in how they attack and move but its great at same time. And you can charge people and headbutt them like a bull rofl. And an amazing leap smash attack.
I tried it out just to see how it was. And wow its amazing lol. I mostly wanted to try it cause you almost never see a berserker/giant around. Probably more likely to see a blood moon in real life lol. And people actually when they list pros/cons of various classes I noticed often completely forget berserker is even a thing

Yep, me too. I pulled up some pictures to do a side by side when the character was first posted lol. It's mostly her mouth I think though, and somewhat the shape of her face. I get this feeling I've seen another actress/character that's a closer match, but I can't put a name to the face for the life of me.

Oh yeah. I didn't see that. The DK does look a lot like Daenerys lol. Wasn't even going for that. If I went with either slightly changing the hair shape or just a new hair style+change hair color and some other colors. It would be even super closer match. But, looking at the two as they are now they are actually already pretty similar looking.
I can see a little of the above too, but not really as much as the Daenerys comparison.
Guess I actually made Daenerys if she was "winter" themed lol. Funny how that worked out, cause wasn't even trying for that.

Here are a couple more of Lunashara, but with the Frostbite costume. The Frostbite costume looks really pretty, probably my favorite armor in the game in terms of "prettiness".

I re-made the Witch. While I'd say I personally still like the DK the most, just cause it ended up so unique (by accident lol). The re-make of the Witch looks really good imo. It isn't as unique as the DK. Kinda aims for a more typical " anime pretty/princess" look...still I think its better than my first attempt at a Witch
Though I would probably say the original I did was a bit more unique, just cause never seen a gypsy style Witch/character besides this one. I still like the new Witch a lot more though. Plus the re-make wins both my friend's and wife's approval compared to the original (that he still likes, but he personally also likes new one more. My wife didn't like the original at all I guess)

Had my wife (like with my DK) help make some changes to the Witch. She pointed out she looked really sad, and she actually kinda did. So this is what we both came up with for some changes
I re-uploaded the character to beauty album, same character name "Ariel_Auduin" or family name "Edith_Massey"
In the screenshot, the pupil looks a little bit too big and it kinda bugged me. Wife thought it was fine, so maybe its just me and maybe I just make them too small before. But in-game it looks normal in any case. So I probably have made the pupils too small overall on other characters lol, I'll have to check.

Not to spam pics of my new Witch. But I finally finished making changes to her. My wife helped a bit more, but in the end I had to figure it out. There was always something that annoyed me with whatever I changed. It turned out the mouth was too big compared to the face (my wife noticed there).
But also the mouth was completely "broken" and at certain angles it was really easy to tell that it was completely messed up.
It kept bugging me a lot, but finally fixed it lol. Nothing really much else changed, just the mouth. I spent literally 3 to 4 hours on just trying to fix the mouth :P In the end I reset a couple parts and it fixed the problem. Which was one or both lips were either too sunken in or/and part of it popping out too much. Looks far better now.

Re-designed the Mystic. I went with another pretty look. As much as I liked my friends Mystic, I wanted to go with my own look. So, I changed her to my to-go-to "template" of character design. As you can see I go with a certain look now (which I personally really love, so that is what I stick with).
Now that I found a look I like for BDO, its not too hard to design each character. However, my Witch above still took 3-4 hours to fix the mouth. And my Mystic eyes looked like an alien before (they were weirdly shaped. Didn't notice till I zoomed out lol) so it took 1-2 hours to fix that. But, I like the look I came up with for my characters.

Something was really off about my last attempt at a Witch character. I dunno what it was...partly the eyes, but something else too. I think overall face structure/shape was off. So...complete re-design and went for a more "unique" approach than my usual go-to design
