Is Blade and Soul Worth Playing in 2017? A Blade and Soul Review

My name is Stix and today I thought it was time we finally made an "Is it worth playing?" video for Blade and Soul.

It's a very good MMORPG with arguably the best combat system.  It is p2w, however there is plenty of content for all tier levels.  Paying just gives you instant access to the higher tiers.  The main form of PVP, 1v1, is equalized (everyone has the same gear).

I had fun for months playing.  I quit because they introduced the "Trove" events, which are p2w gambling boxes, and the upgrade system was pretty brutal to grind through.  They've since made it much easier to upgrade to the point where you can do most of the content.  They've also added a ton of content in the past year.

I actually tried it again recently, and it's still very charming.  Not currently really into pve content and my pvp is satisfied with Overwatch, though, so I'm not playing much.  If it wasn't for Overwatch, I'm pretty sure BnS would be my go-to game.
