Fractured Space key giveaway

Dear Admins (or whoever is in charge)
I recently participated in the Fractured Space key giveaway, and received the key as usual, but I`m having troubles redeeming them. More precisely, I redeemed it on my Steam account, BUT didn`t get the items. Not the skin, the 500 Platinum or any of the 3 pods. Please help.

    Sorry about this.  I just heard back from the game publisher and they say they have a script that will give anyone that redeemed a key the gifts by this Wednesday.  This was not the intention but the best fix they can offer.

    I presumed it would only activate after the weekend's event, but news from the dev that it is wednesday is good to know, thanks!
