More mob xp balancing in today's patch

The monsters in the following areas of Mediah have been adjusted to give more EXP and have less HP:
A step in the right direction IMO. Instead of forcing everyone into the highly contested Sausans area.
Of course now it remains to be seen if the new xp rates are actually an improvement, or something that's barely noticeable.

- Abandoned Iron Mine
- Manes Hideout
- Wandering Rogue Den
- Helms Post
- Elric Shrine
