Aion – Korean server switching to Free-to-Play model in January

According to news outlets in South Korea, the Korean server of Aion will finally convert to a from the monthly subscription business model to Free-to-Play model with cash item shop. This change, which takes place around the time of Aion’s 10th anniversary, will be part of the big REFLY update happening on 17 January 2018.

    Im thinking to try out, aion, tera or bns again. How is the population for low lvls at the EU servers for aion?

    Aion EU is Gameforge which I have never played so I don't know. I have only played the NC Soft version. 

    I just went back to Blade And Soul the other day. Made a Blade Master and having a blast so far.

    NC Soft version has been F2P for awhile now.  I login from to time and have never seen it looking empty.

    Yeh im gonna try a warlock in bns. I think I got an EU ncsoft account. But that was at aion launch.

    I was playing Aion EU when it switched to Gameforge.
    Didn't take me long to make the decision to switch to NA and start over. I will never play another Gameforge run game.
