    I'm sorry to barge in, but both of you should have been punished not only OP.

    He might have been an alt of some random guy, but you jumped straight on his neck from the get go while he still remained polite. All negative threads here are always led astray with this fallacy, which is ridiculous moderators let it go for so long. 

    With that said, I'll take my leave and put any wtfs or lols however you please. Won't make me change my view on how you assaulted him.

    Agreed. The OP remained polite even after enduring quite a bit of verbal abuse, something which is quite clearly in violation of the rules. Also, I find it quite interesting that a regular member of the forum seems to have been informed about the reason for someone else's ban. If that is indeed the case (and I stress IF), I'd consider it misconduct on the part of one or more of the mod staff here.

    This must be one of those trolls that does cross lines, and this was one of those cases.

    A reason to report something to the FBI is if he sent me a death threat, now this was wishing me to die, and as soon I get that headless body out of my head... just hope this does never happen again, nobody should have seen that.

    Nobody was, did a report on the user fundamental some info on why I thought this was one user ban evading, the report was acknowledged and the user was banned.

    Same with all the previous alt accounts that were banned.

    Well, it's not every day you get told you should die runover by a truck with that person posting a heavily gore picture of a smashed headless body.
