LFG-MMO-lite not shooter or ARPG

Title says it all.  I am currently enjoying The Division, but I don't normally enjoy shooters and I'm also terrible at it and now that I'm "end game" I'm not sure how much longer I will play.  Also should mention for most games I am mostly a solo player.  I like to be an active part of a guild but dungeon runs, etc don't really fit my life/play style.

I'm not optimistic but here is some more info on games I've liked/disliked that might be relevant.

Trove- I really enjoy many things about Trove, the simplicity, that its on console, I don't even mind much of the grind.  The catch is I don't build, don't like to build, never played minecraft and barely appreciate other peoples building, so it feels off to play the game, though I have played a lot.  And the grind does get to me eventually.

I've tried PoE since it was on console, still can't get far enough into it to hook me and I am not a big ARPG fan to begin with.  Marvel Heroes/Omega was an ARPG exception and one thing I liked about it(and Trove) is the multiclass system and endless leveling that helped the whole account.

As far as MMORPGs I've played/enjoyed, I've played most of the western and eastern big releases since wow.  Wow was the only one I played more than a year.  Games I have played way to much on PC are Darkest Dungeon, Xcom 1 and 2, civ 3-5, and generally strategy and 4X.  I also still Hearthstone casually/sometimes more than casually.

Played many tablet games, including lineage rev, but most are either too simple or P2W garbage.  Though I still enjoy a roguelike or board game occasionally.

I played Fortnite PvE and it was okay, but battle royale games that are all the rage now and MOBA and PvP just in general don't interest me as much as they used to.

So, I'd prefer console(xbox, ps4), PC or tablet is fine.

But, simply put, looking for an MMO-lite like Destiny, Division, that is not a shooter or ARPG.

Too bad Divinity Original Sin 2 isn't on the Console I would recommend that.

How about Conan Exiles or Ark?

I don't understand how a game can be like Destiny or Division and not be an ARPG or a shooter, since they're both of those things.

But, the only well populated MMO-lite I can think of is Guild Wars 2. The base game is F2P, too, but it's PC only. It's kind of Trove-like in it's simplicity and the combat is similar; just much better graphics.

Played the first Divinity and it was pretty good, 2 is on the wish list, will play eventually.

Not sure about Ark's stability now on console, it was pretty bad.  I had forgotten about Exiles, I will check it out for sure.

    Thanks for the suggestions.

To me MMO-lite is a relatively new and I think still poorly defined term so I just used Division and Destiny as examples of what I think is a clear example of an MMO-lite.

I would consider GW2 a fully fledged MMORPG, but still a good suggestion and I never thought of its combat as similar to Trove but the more I thought about it the more I think you were right.  I did play it at launch for a considerable amount of time, but maybe I'll go back and check it out.

    Thanks for the suggestion.
