    Sounds good to me. Bethesda has done a lot of good RPGs using 1st person viewpoint, I don't see why CD Projekt Red couldn't do the same.

    I thought they had announced already it would be first person. So much rumour going around I've lost track of what's real and what isn't.

    First person support was mentioned back in 2013 (along with 3rd person view although in a mixed context so it might be like DX Human Revolution) in an official presentation.

    They specifically said it is NOT going to be an FPS.

    The OP is confusing First Person with Shooter. They said that it will be a First Person RPG. What does that mean? That your stats will (probably) play an equal or bigger role than your aiming skills or your reaction time.

    Think Fallout Las Vegas,
    Think Skyrim
    Think Deus Ex.

    That's btw from the developers themselves at E3, not some random person making stuff up on the internet.

    FPP =/= FPS and Cyberpunk gonna be FPP RPG with shooting.

    example you pull a pistol to aim  it will be harder to land the shot on the palce you want with a lvl 1 and will be easier with lvl 4
    It appears that just like witcher 3, some game journalists were allowed to play the game, talk about the game but not show the game. In the following link you can read about one such experience with Cyberpunk 2077.

    I really think they should of added both Third Person and First Person cause the characters look so good i would like to see my character while i play. And it would just give the option to people who prefer one over the other etc then its win win for everyone

    To me the polish gaming site just want to create a buzz  to explode their clicking counters, until CDRP said it OFFICIALLY, to me this will be a RPG FPView :)

    A friend of mine used motion sickness pills for a while to play certain things.
    But... I'm not sure if that's worth it to you. Especially with a game that likely takes 100+ hours to play thoroughly (like most big RPGs do) x.x

    If it is a FPS, then I'm probably on the other side of the fence.  Most shooters have very little in terms of character depth, or story.  I'll have to reserve judgement for when they actually announce more.

    On one hand, it's really a bummer they will make it an FPS. On the other hand, I love Deus Ex so i'm hopeful Cyberpunk 2077 will be a good game, specially with CDPR behind it.
