I used to play this game a long time ago, now I can't find it anywhere, mostly because of how many grid based 2d games exist now, I couldn't find it looking around the web for hours, so I decided to make a post here. (I can't remember the name of the game)
Game features:
- Grid Map: You started every map with the tiles closed, you could move 1 tile at a time in any direction, when you moved to a tile, you opened it, revealing if there was a monster there for you to fight, or a treasure.
- Turn based: When you opened a tile and there was a monster there, you would change to a fighting screen, for a multi character turn based fight, like old final fantasy games (I can't really remember, but I think the characters weren't set in the same manner as in final fantasy, maybe they were verticaly set, like summoner's war, but I can't really remember the setting).
- Multiple heroes: You had to choose betwen the heroes you owned to form a fighting team.
Other then that, the only difference betwen this game, and most other games that I can remember, was that the map was fully vertical, You looked at the squared tiles from top view, there wasn't any isometric view what so ever, and you had a maximum number of moves at any given time, that would restore with time, like mobile games, but it was a pc browser game.
