Social Media should be protected by Law except unless doing something that violates Law, or agreement doesn't matter if a person lists under their profile "I Work for Arena Net" or something, and then says they don't like recent changes did in the game in a comment...
A person should not get fired for that for example.

The Federal communications act, well, most countries have some kind of legislation etc. of a similar nature, but the thing is, if you strictly enforced those kinds of things on something like Twitter, then in all likelihood Jessica Price would have been found guilty of being in breach of several sections which could have resulted in her being fined and/or Jailed, as in all things, be careful what you wish for, because you might just get it.
I am never one to call for someone to be fired, regardless of their views on things. I find that a cowardly way to fight that particular fight. That being said, what Price did was abhorrent. Instead of just admitting she jumped all over a guy for nothing, she not only doubled and tripled down on the abuse, but she then attempted to use her "protected status" (nothing says "equality" like making some people more equal than others....) to brow beat him into submission. Then, once losing her job, one would think that would mean it's time for a bit of introspection. Instead, she doused what was left of her career in high test jet fuel and lit a damned match, claiming that ArenaNet was "soliciting harassment" against her (aka: not banning those that agree with her firing).
If you do something stupid, the victim of your stupidity is not in charge of the mob of angry people who come looking for you. While I often disdain that mob, I understand the drive to seek out and mete justice. We must strive to remember that what goes around, comes around. This woman is a glaring, shining example of that.
Bloody hell, this is going again, I did not see Bill's twenty pages and thought it was a new one that you guys had knocked out overnight while I was sleeping.

Because NO dead horse should remain unbeaten!
I bet the horse is to blame, he was probably rude to someone over social media.

'This does not apply just to ED but SC or any other game. What they will get is Rebirth/X4, likely prettier but equally underwhelming and pointless.
It is incredibly difficult to design some meaningfull leg content that would fit a space ship game - simply because it is not a leg game.
It is just huge resource waste....'
