Granted, it just got officially unlocked today...though pre-patch did include a lot of the changes as well. But figured I'd see what people think as they play through BFA and get toward the "end".
So far since I'm on moonguard, I've stuck with legion stuff. I did check it out a bit to get the amulet, but there were so many people I decided to wait for the rush to be over lol. So I don't have much to comment on.
What you guys think of it thus far?

Which leads to 2nd question...

The launch seemed smooth on my server, despite a hiccup for 45 minutes or so with the login and authentication servers right around the time it went live when the server screen showed all my characters gone. I agree it can feel nuts with 40 player mounts all stacked on top of every NPC you see, but after I got on the boat and moved along to the new zones, people are starting to spread out.
I'v always enjoyed the journey to lvl cap more then the endgame going all the way back to wrath. I think maybe BC and Vanilla were the only times in WOW where i got more enjoyment out of endgame and that was only because i was in a great guild with a hilarious group of people.

I was playing my level 19 when I got the quest to go get my riding skill from Darnassus. So I asked in general whether I could get it from any trainer and someone commented good luck getting it from Darnassus. So was curious since the character I was playing was created in January this year before the destruction and made a night elf and lo and behold I counted this, there were 23 people besides me in the starting area. I mean good god this game is so amazing after 14 years it still attracts people enough to make new characters and level up. WoW is a drug I am convinced of it.
I'm not an IT Specialist, Game Developer, or Clairvoyant in real life, but like others on here, I play one on the internet.
Overall, Battle For Azeroth has exceeded my expectations in the limited manner I've interacted with it.

Aloha Mr Hand !
I would give you a guest pass to SWOTR, but then I wouldn't be able to find a way to live with myself afterwards....
not quite sure i like the gain of new skills/passives, but let's find out how that works out in the end (should reach 120 today, finally *G*)

I had fun once, it was terrible.
Aloha Mr Hand !
As for war mode I cannot agree. I play a Rogue and at 113 I jumped a 120 Rogue attempting to gank a 113 warlock who was obviously not even aware the Rogue was on him while he was soloing some mobs. The Rogue turned to fight me but I dispatched him quickly and easily. About as good a test as you can get with the same class fighting each other, the 113 not only had "a chance" but destroyed him. Sure I got the jump on him so had the advantage, but his level did not factor in at all imo.
